1.1. This Policy defines the procedure for processing and protecting information about individuals (hereinafter referred to as the User), which can be obtained by the Tigratika Automation Agency (hereinafter referred to as the Agency) when individuals use services / goods, non-exclusive licenses, services, services, programs provided by the Agency, including through the website https://tigratika.com such as electronic identification data and information collected by the communications systems, IT applications and website browser such as information technology usage (system access, IT and internet usage), device identifier (mobile device ID, IP address, browser type, browser settings, time and URL accessed, cookies), registration and login credentials, login data and log files, analytics ID, searches (hereinafter referred to as the Site, Services). 1.2. The purpose of this Policy is to ensure proper protection of personal information that the User provides about himself independently when using the Site / Services from unauthorized access and disclosure. 1.3. Relations related to the collection, storage, distribution and protection of information provided by the User are governed by this Policy and the current legislation of the Russian Federation. 1.4. 2.1. The processing of the User's personal data is carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. The Agency processes the User's personal data in order to: - identify the party within the framework of agreements and contracts concluded with the Agency; - provide the User with goods / services, a non-exclusive license, access to the Site, Services; - communicate with the User, send letters to the User at the time of receiving an application on the Site or receiving payment from the User, send notifications, requests to the User; - send messages of an advertising and / or informational nature to the User; - check, research and analyze such data, allowing the User to maintain and improve the services and sections of the Site, as well as develop new services and sections of the Site; - conduct statistical and other studies based on anonymized data. 2.2. For statistical purposes, as well as improvement of our services and testing of our IT systems we use as much as reasonably possible anonymized data. This means that this data can no longer (in)directly identify you or single you out as an individual.
3.1. The Agency takes all necessary measures to protect the User's personal data from unauthorized access, modification, disclosure or destruction. 3.2. The Agency provides access to the User's personal data only to those employees, contractors and Affiliates who need this information to ensure the functioning of the Site, Services and the provision of services, the sale of goods, and the receipt of a non-exclusive license by the User. 3.3. The Agency has the right to use the information provided by the User, including personal data, in order to ensure compliance with the requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation (including in order to prevent and / or suppress illegal and / or illegal actions of Users). The disclosure of the information provided by the User can be made only in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation at the request of the court, law enforcement agencies, as well as in other cases stipulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation. 3.4. The Agency does not verify the accuracy of the information provided by the User, and proceeds from the fact that the User, in good faith, provides reliable and sufficient information, takes care of the timeliness of making changes to the previously provided information when such a need arises, including, but not limited to, changing the phone number, etc. 3.5. Where we share your personal data with an affiliate or third party so that it is transferred to or becomes accessible from outside the European Union (‘EU’) and the European Economic Area (‘EEA’) or outside the country where the Agency is located, we always put adequate safeguards in place to protect your personal data.
4.1. When using the Site, the User confirms that: - he has all the necessary rights to enable him to register and use the services, non-exclusive license; - he indicates reliable information about himself in the volumes necessary to use the services, a non-exclusive license, mandatory fields marked in a special way, all other information is provided by the User at his own discretion. - he realizes that the information on the Site posted by the User about himself may become available to third parties not specified in this Policy and may be copied and distributed by them; - he is familiar with this Policy, agrees with it and assumes the rights and obligations specified in it. Familiarization with the terms of this Policy and putting a tick under the link to this Policy is the written consent of the User to the collection, storage, processing and transfer of personal data provided by the User to third parties. 4.2. The Agency does not verify the accuracy of the information received (collected) about the Users, unless such verification is necessary in order to fulfill obligations to the User.
5.1. The data provided by the User independently when using the Site, Services including but not limited to: name, surname, mobile phone number and / or email address, information about the type of activity and other information. 5.2. Data that is automatically transmitted to the Services in the course of their use using the software installed on the User's device (‘cookies’), including, but not limited to, the IP address, information from the cookie, information about the user's browser (or other program with which access to the Services), access time, address of the requested page. The User can change browser settings or plug-ins to refuse cookies. However, some features or services on Site may not function properly without cookies.
6.1. The user can at any time change (update, supplement) the personal information provided by him or a third party, as well as the parameters of its confidentiality, by sending a corresponding notification (appeal) to the Agency. The User is obliged to take care of the timeliness of making changes to the previously provided information, its updating, otherwise the Agency is not responsible for the User's failure to receive notifications. 6.2. The User can also delete the information provided by him by sending a written request to the Agency.
7.1. The agency has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy. When changes are made in the current edition, the date of the last update is indicated. The new version of the Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy. The law of the Russian Federation shall apply to this Policy and the relationship between the User and the Agency arising in connection with the application of the Privacy Policy.
